Pediatric Surgery

Pediatric surgery is a subspecialty of surgery applied to the pediatric age group. It involves the surgery of fetuses, infants, children, adolescents, and young adults.

Pediatric Surgeon is a super-specialist in the field. One is required to pursue a Doctorate (MCh) in Pediatric Surgery for a duration of 3 years after qualifying with Masters in Surgery (MS) before branching out to this sub-specialty.
