Lakshmi Prasanna has over 20 years of extensive experience in women’s healthcare, currently serving as a Consultant Gynecologist, Laparoscopic Surgeon, and Infertility Specialist at Lotus Hospital, Hyderabad. She has previously worked as a visiting consultant for rural PHCs in Andhra Pradesh, Apollo Hospitals, and Fernandez Hospital.

Renowned for her expertise in Minimal Access Surgery and Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), Dr. Prasanna has performed more than 1,000 laparoscopic surgeries, including complex procedures such as myomectomies and total laparoscopic hysterectomies. Her proficiency extends to advanced gynecological ultrasound, specializing in myoma mapping and 3D folliculometry for precise diagnosis and treatment planning.
